Sieving action



MOM’S PASTRY FOR MINCE PIES

Cream 125g margarine and 50g sugar.
Add 1 egg yolk and 175g flour and grated lemon rind.
Roll out gently and cut into rounds.
Place in cookie tins and add a spoon of fruit mince. Top with another smaller round or a star cut from the rest of the pastry.

Bake for 10 mins at 180°C
